The analyst, under the supervision of the research consultant, is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from quantitative and qualitative studies. The senior analyst participates in project management, ensures rigorous analysis, and provides relevant insights to support the consultant’s recommendations. It also supervises junior analysts and ensures the quality of deliverables.

The Research Consultant position supports customers in defining their needs and designing appropriate research projects. The research consultant collects, analyzes and interprets data, making recommendations based on strategic insights. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure the relevance of results and their implementation in decision-making.

Interviewers conduct surveys and polls with a variety of audiences, collecting accurate and reliable data according to established protocols. He/she contacts respondents, asks questions objectively and ensures that answers are correctly recorded. The interviewer ensures that deadlines and quotas are met, while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. In this way, they contribute to the quality of the studies by guaranteeing the integrity of the information collected.

The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations within the team, ensuring that deadlines, quality standards and performance targets are met. He/she coordinates employee tasks, ensures process efficiency, and provides ongoing support to team members to resolve any problems encountered. In collaboration with management, he contributes to the continuous improvement of procedures and the achievement of BIP Research’s strategic objectives.
